Christina Aguilera FINALLY Looks Beautiful, Because She's Wearing her Louboutins! Duh.

Be still my heart! Christina Aguilera [X-Tina] actually looks great for a change. The "Lady Marmalade" look was definitely getting old for us. We prefer fresh faces. Who doesn't?

I'm not a Christina hater, really I'm not. I've loved her music since the 7th grade, especially when I knew the dance moves to...ahem, and I'll list..."Genie In a Bottle" , "Come On Over" and "What A Girl Wants." I took pride in mastering those intricate steps with the constant countdown of "5,6,7,8" in my head. From time to time, I notice myself exercising in random dance outbursts and I'm okay with it. Moving on to her look of the night while on her hit TV-show The Voice. 

As you may or may not know, Christina Aguilera is actually a huge fan of Louboutins. She has a monster closet filled from top to bottom of these beautiful red soles, in just about every color. It's pretty impressive, thus, another reason why I don't hate her.

Her stylist, Simone Harouche, chose for her to wear a body-hugging clementine-colored Roland Mouret dress that accentuated her curves, with but class. To complete the outfit with an edge were crystal studded "Pigalle" CL's that glistened in the studio lighting.

Time to Explain Yourself, Jessica Simpson.

Really, Jessica? I wonder what kind of excuse will be made here. On the left, you'll see Jessica Simpson's "Evangela" heels exposing the same color scheme and concept as Mr. Louboutin's "Staratata" pumps, on the right. Each shoe resembles each other from the periwinkle platform and heel, down to the yellow piping on the suede fuchsia straps! One thing can be deemed a difference would be the price point (and red sole), which quite frankly we don't even need to get in to because a lady never tells how much she spends!


As a fashion lover, blogger, and admirer I have to say I'm slightly disappointed in Ms. Simpson's team, considering her line has done tremendously well. This design is the identical twin to a brand that is not only a well-known name, but an established empire that is currently going thru its own battle for individuality. 


Let's call a spade, a spade. We'd rather buy the Loubies anyway.

Just in time for your mid-morning snack or even early lunch, whatever floats your boat, we have the 411 on the fringe! Spotted at the Henry Street Settlement’s Annual Dinner, Dance, & Auction Gala in New York, NY were these poppy-colored "Suede Fringe" Louboutins on a few bare gams. We are loving the double-strap and the heel extension, not to mention the fun fringe emulating somewhat of a Tina Turner dress covering the front of the foot. Where can I buy these puppies? On the hunt...

Christian Louboutin Goes 3Way and Expands His Men's Line!

The Christian Louboutin limited edition "3Way" bag was introduced only a short while ago, in hopes to expand the men's line and recruit some new Louboutin lovahs, primarily of the male-gender persuasion. What's great about this premium leather pouch, is that it can transform from a backpack to a tote in seconds! Pretty nifty for someone on the go and for someone who wants more bang for their buck. Granted, the price point for this puppy is steep compared to some other high-end luxury items, but seemingly it parallels with a few of his stiletto designs currently on the market. So really, what's the $ sign got to do with it?

Alright, alright. Before you totally disregard this post, put aside her profession for a minute and take a look at what she wore during her interview on last night's "Watch What Happens on Bravo!" with Andy Cohen and co-guest star Clay Aiken (I know right, what happened to him?)

One of my girlfriends immediately made a dash to her phone to let me know that Ms. JJ was sporting some serious Loubage and I couldn't help but post about it. Say what you will, she still looks fab (even if the latter doesn't agree). (Thank you, Ainsley!)

Rejoice! Jenna Jameson is wearing her "Lady Peep 150mm" glittery platform pumps! Yes, that furry friend is connected to her phone, which I find...unique?

Hailey Clauson is Coming After You...In Tommy Hilfiger and Christian Louboutin

If your immediate thought was Transformers then you are wrong...kind of. In a collaboration with major movie innovator James Cameron, 16-year old Hailey Clauson is featured in the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar donning Sigourney Weaver's power-lifter with which she kills the alien queen in the Alien sequel. Yup, this is the one. 

To add glamour to the grind, Ms. Clauson sports a Tommy Hilfiger jumpsuit with Christian Louboutin pumps as her main layer. No, this is not just for the sake of fashion because honestly who would, or even could, walk down the runway wearing a monster of a "garment." [Karl Lagerfeld I DARE you to create AND produce something of this magnitude]. 

The overall theme for this photo-shoot was to celebrate major films in history such as Titanic, Terminator, Aliens and Avatar...you know...just the notoriously-known films that were directed, produced, and probably guest-starred by James Cameron. 

Oh how the lovely worlds of fantasy collide...

Ooh, La La... Vazquez Looks Amazing in Louboutin & Givenchy

La La Vazquez. What a name. What's in a name, really? This morning's first go-around won't be philosophical by any means so please feel free to continue reading. I don't know about you, but I used to watch her show on VH1 "La La's Full Court Wedding" and it was so much fun to watch her and now hubby, basketball extraordinaire Carmelo Anthony, prance around in their macro-mansion talking about their upcoming nuptials. La La is looking so Spring fever-esque in her 2012 Resort Collection Givenchy dress, it's getting me super amped to wear my florals! Pairing her "Summerissima" crisscross sandal platforms, she looks fresh and ready for her event. Beyonce & Baby Blue Ivy Are Getting Matching Louboutins

This news is a few days old, but whatevs. In the words of the Man Repeller "You can't make this shit up" when I say that Mrs. Jay-Z reached out to Christian Louboutin in hopes he will (and I'm SURE he will) create matching Louboutins for baby and mama. Not baby-mama, separate titles. Yes, the nearly 4-month year old baby Blue Ivy will be receiving custom Louboutins from the man himself. Damn, Gina!

"Yes, I know. It's true. It's amazing. Look, I have blue nails and my daughter is Blue Ivy."

For the rest of my life, I'm going to try to become a "Carter" considering the Carters can get everything from Louboutins, to money, cash, and hoes. One more song reference...money ain't a thang. Apparently.

Let's Get Flip Floppy.

Many of you may be thinking "Why would I ever spend X amount of dollars on a Christian Louboutin sandal? It's a sandal..." Um, so?! Day in and day out, we spend our money on things that may be overpriced to one soul and completely reasonable for another. This is one of those times, and I hope you feel the latter. And if you don't, we'll still be friends but I am judging ;) 


Kidding, kidding...I get it. But regardless, let's put our differences aside and check out what Louboutin has given us for our Summer presents!

The 2012 ACM Awards: The Taylor Swift Loubie Diaries

So we're back, it's Monday morning, and already I spilled coffee on my brand new highlighter-pink jeans. Seriously, right now? Whatever, let's talk about what happened this weekend in the world of Louboutin. 

Last night the 2012 ACM Awards, held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, hosted the industry's biggest names in country music to honor their achievements over the past year. Granted, I'm not a big country music fan, however I will take a gander as who's wearing what during these award shows, because it seems nothing is off limits and everyone brings out the whips, chains, cowboy hats, and Loubies!

Woah, Taylor Swift, woah. Long hair, she don't care in a J. Mendel white and gold cut-out dress, jewels provided by Lorraine Schwartz and completed with Christian Louboutin platforms. I mean...she killed it. KILLED IT! Probably my favorite of the night. This morning, I've seen article after article stating she outshined Carrie Underwood, and in no way am I apologetic on Taylor's behalf. 

Let's be friends? Ok.
